What to specify and check before ordering

Start with intended use and testing

State whether the brief is for a race suit, touring outfit or fashion garment with riding styling. Identify the destination and required protective claims before selecting construction. Agree who supplies test evidence and labeling approval; armor pockets alone do not certify a garment.

Fit in the riding position

Provide measurements with the intended base layer and protector system. Check reach, shoulder rotation, hip flexion and knee position in a riding posture. For two-piece suits, review the joining system and coverage while leaning forward, including any strain at the connection.

Control the construction reference

Mark reinforcement areas, stretch panels, perforation zones and protector-pocket positions on the technical drawing. Confirm the chosen protectors fit and remain positioned during movement. Keep material, seam and artwork approvals together with the sealed sample before releasing the order.
